These are the fruits I can eat

One serving equals one medium-sized fresh fruit (about the size of your closed fist), or 1/2 cup of fresh or canned (unsweetened) fruit.

Each serving generally contains 60 calories and 0g of fat.

  • Apple
  • Apricot
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Boysenberries
  • Cantaloupe
  • Grapefruit
  • Grapes
  • Honeydew melon
  • Kiwifruit
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Mango
  • Marionberries
  • Nectarine
  • Orange
  • Papaya
  • Peach
  • Pear
  • Pineapple
  • Plums
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Tangerines
  • Watermelon

Note: avoid juices, dried fruit, bananas and cherries because they are high glycemic. Update [Sep 6]: I can now have 1 serving/day of these.
