Green Beans Dijon

Recipe from the November, 2001 issue of Health Magazine.
This super quick vegetable side dish requires 5 minutes of preparation to rinse and trim the green beans and mix the sauce, and 10 minutes to cook in the microwave. Simple and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cups (1-inch) cut green beans (about 1-1/2 pounds)
Preparation
- Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.
- Place beans in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with lid. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes. Uncover; stir in mustard mixture; toss well to coat. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Servings
Serves 6.
