Week 6 results

All workout and get sick make danboe no good.
Camping was fun, but I caught a cold which slowed me down this week, and Tuesday arrived with the news that someone had vandalized my Volkswagon Touareg, which forced me to lose a day at the gym.
Results

Not good — total of 0.2 pounds lost this week, although it’s still in the right direction…
New this week
- One additional fruit serving per day
Slips this week (all while camping)
- 1 shot of Frangelica in my tea
- a bite of Deanna Herbert’s brownies
- 1 small cupcake
I’m not worried about the slips, it was mostly just curiousity to see what would happen. So to whoever vandalized my car, thanks, I’ve seen what happens, I get the point, and driving the Ford Focus while my truck’s in the shop emphasizes it nicely. I feel like a character who got ripped out of one Stephen King story, Thinner, and stuck in another one — Quitters, Inc..
I’m going to have to a) get some antibiotics to shake the cold; and b) push harder in terms of workouts next week.
Notes from meeting with my dietitian
- 1 ear of corn = 100 calories, 1g fat
- Use diet soda as a treat
- Limit to 1 per day
- I can have 1 new fruit serving and up to 3 berry servings per day, always with a protein buddy
- Goal: 1600 calories, 44g fat per day
