Expanded my PowerMac

Posted Jan 15, 2005 at 01:11 PM

I expanded my PowerMac G5 today, having purchased a LaCie d2 500GB hard drive as well as an additional 512MB in RAM.

I had simply run out of space on the hard drive, my music library needs more space. This should fill my needs for quite some time. One really nice thing about this drive is that it supports USB 2.0, Firewire 400 and Firewire 800.

So the PowerMac now has 1GB of RAM and 660GB of disk space available to it.
