PowerMac G5 1.8Ghz computer

Well, the sky fell today, and I bought an Apple Macintosh as my next home computer. Yeah, I know, but I really just wanted a machine for home use only. iTunes, iPhoto, and maybe iMovie at some point down the road. I’ve wanted a Mac since college, and never, ever, ever did it. This will either work great, or will prove to be among the stupidest things I’ve ever done.
Anyway, here’s what I got from the Bellevue Square Apple Store today:
- Apple PowerMac G5 Computer, 1.8GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 160GB hard drive, Superdrive CD-RW/DVD drive
- Apple 20” Cinema Display
I also decided to try the .Mac subscription service, so I can now be reached (on the home computer) at a mac.com email as well. I think I’ll try using that for personal mail.
