Week 13 notes

Just posting the notes from the meeting with my dietitian this week…
- After last week’s experiment, I now know what hungry feels like for me:
- I get a hollow, empty feeling in my stomach
- If I don’t eat at that point, I get lightheaded and slightly dizzy
- If I still don’t eat, I get a headache and become cranky
- I need to target getting 2 grain servings per day
- Try cooked grains: brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat couscous, quinoa, bulgar, millet, oatmeal, etc.
- Make sure all grains have a protein buddy
- Aim for a max of 200 calories per day from all grains
- Goal: 1750 calories, 49g fat per day
