Week 12 notes

Just posting the notes from the meeting with my dietitian this week. I admitted to her this week that I was having trouble recognizing whether or not I was hungry. I don’t believe I’ve had hunger really since starting the program, and wasn’t sure whether or not I really knew what it felt like. I think we all tend to say we’re hungry when talk of getting food comes up, but I really want to understand the feeling of it. Anyways, here are the notes:

  • As an experiment, try a day without a morning snack and see how long it takes me to get hungry for lunch, and rank my hunger, listening to my body’s queues
  • I can go up to 2 grain servings per day now
  • Goal: 1750 calories, 49g fat
