Week 11 notes

Just posting the notes from the meeting with my dietitian this week…
- Try Laughing Cow light cheese (2 wedges) with an apple and see if I like it
- I can have 1 grain serving per day
- Each serving = 100 calories, 1g fat
- Follow the 3/3 rule: 3g or more of fiber and 3g or less of sugar per serving
- Try bread, tortillas, crackers, pita
- Always have it with a protein buddy
- Goal: 1700-1800 calories, 49g fat
Update: The Laughing Cow is great with apple slices!
