Week 17 results

As of my weigh-in tonight, I’m at 204.8 pounds, a slight gain of 0.8 pounds this week, bringing the total lost so far to 60.2 pounds. Less than 15 pounds to go, 15 weeks to get there.

New to the diet this week is the introduction of high-glycemic fruits. I can now have 1 serving of the following each day:
- Bananas
- Cherries
- Dried fruits
- Fruit juices
