Baked Poupon Chicken or Fish

Recipe adapted from quickneasyrecipes.com.

This recipe takes only 5 minutes to prepare the seasoning for the chicken or fish, and 20-25 minutes to bake.

  • 4 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or 1/2 tsp any combination of marjoram, oregano, thyme, sage or rosemary
  • 1-1/3 pound fish or boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix mustard, oil, garlic and seasoning in a large bowl. Add chicken and mix to coat.
  3. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken meat turns white.

Nutritional information

Makes 4 servings, each having 220 calories, 34g protein, 7g fat, 0g carbohydrate, 0g fiver and 460mg sodium.
