Basic Asian Fish or Poultry Marinade

Recipe from the 20/20 Lifestyles Program at the Pro Sports Club.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced (to taste)
- 1 tsp green onion, finely chopped
Preparation
- Mix together the ingredients.
- Marinate the fish (i.e. hallibut cheeks) or chicken breast in mixture for 15-30 minutes.
- Grill or bake as usual.
Nutritional information
Makes 4 servings, each having (without entree) 40 calories, 4.5g fat, 0g fat and 0g protein.
