Basic Asian Fish or Poultry Marinade

Recipe from the 20/20 Lifestyles Program at the Pro Sports Club.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced (to taste)
  • 1 tsp green onion, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix together the ingredients.
  2. Marinate the fish (i.e. hallibut cheeks) or chicken breast in mixture for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Grill or bake as usual.

Nutritional information

Makes 4 servings, each having (without entree) 40 calories, 4.5g fat, 0g fat and 0g protein.
