Baked Fruit

Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 2 Golden Delicious apples
- 2 Braeburn or other baking apples
- 1 pear (e.g. Comice, Anjou pear)
- 1 cup frozen berries (e.g. blueberries)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray (olive or canola)
- 1 tsp vanilla natural flavor liquid or powder (Frontier from PCC Markets is a good brand)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Cut the apples into 1” chunks, leaving the skin on. Combine the apples, pear and berries with the cinnamon and vanilla flavor, tossing well.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Nutritional information
Makes 4 servings, each having 170 calories and 1g fat.
