Salmon with Dill Sauce

Recipe adapted from Low on the Go by Terri Petersen.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 pounds salmon steaks or fillets
- 1/3 cup non fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dry dill weed, crushed (or 2 tsp fresh dill weed)
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp olive oil or 2-3 sprays of Olive Oil Pam spray
Preparation
- Drizzle the olive oil onto the salmon, or lightly spray with olive oil spray.
- Broil 10-12 minutes or until fish turns opaque.
- While salmon is broiling, combine yogurt and seasonings. Let the mixture sit at room temperature until the salmon is done cooking.
- Top the salmon with yogurt dip and serve.
Nutritional information
Makes 4 servings, each having 230 calories, 30g protein, 10g fat, 2g carbohydrate, 0g fiber and 80mg sodium.
