As of my weigh-in tonight, I’m at 206.6 pounds, an unexpectedly large loss of 6.2 pounds this week! This brings my loss to date to 58.4 pounds.

Notes from meeting with my dietitian
- Goal: 1750 calories, 49g fat per day
- Get back to my routine
- Try cooked grains
- Average 2 grains or less per day
- Max 200 calories per day from grains
